The two "twin" studios, Blue and Orange, one close each other, are fully indipendent and can host up 2 persons each.

Both fully renovated on Spring 2015, with an outdoor balcony where you can enjoy breakfast in an atmosphere of peace and quiet surrounded by trees,.

 

These studios offer everything you could ever want! It is literally 10 minutes walking distance from the Colosseum, St. John's and St.Mary's Basilicas, and Termini Station. They are located in a residential area on a quiet street, with restaurants, stores, ice-cream parlors close at hand, many of which open till late.

 

Manzoni underground station and a vast array of bus lines can be found on the street corner, so getting to the Vatican, theSpanish steps, Trevi' Fountain & the neighborhoods of Trastevere and Monti, perfect for the Roman nightlife, will take you less than a quarter of an hour!

 

The studios are situated in a 1930's building and its entrance lies a few steps down from the communal garden shaded by secular pine trees making it an oasis of peace and quiet despite its central location.

There's also a table and chairs on the balcony, perfect for having breakfast in the open air. Each studio can hosts up to 2 people.

 

Bedlinen, towels, initial and final cleaning, Air Conditioning, Heating, Free Wi-Fi Internet 24/7, flat TV 37", DVD' reader with lots of movies and cartoons, and a selection of English books are there to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Crib available on request, no charge for your baby! 

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need and we provide a fresh supply of Italian Espresso Coffee and Tea for all our guests :)
